What to know

CANCELLATION TERMS:

- 25% of the total amount until 90 days before the tour departure date

- 50% of the total amount if canceled between 89 and 60 days before the tour departure date

- 75% of the total amount if canceled between 59 and 30 days before the tour departure date

- 100% of the total amount will be charged as a cancellation fee if canceled between 29 and 0 days before the tour departure date. In addition to the cancellation deductions, a service fee of 100 Euros per person will be charged.

NOTE: In the content of extra land tours that will be arranged additionally, changes or adjustments may be made by our guide. The final content and prices of extra land tours will be determined 1 month before the tour departure date.

Payment conditions: A 40% prepayment is required to confirm the reservation.

Second payment date: March 1, 2025

Balance closing date: June 1, 2025

Payments can be made via bank transfer in EUR or TL, cash or credit card. Installment payments on credit cards cannot be made due to legal requirements. For TL payments, the exchange rate of the day of payment will be considered. (Ask about the daily exchange rate)

Required information for reservation: A copy of the photo page of the passports, address information, phone number, email address, and the name-surname and phone number of a relative whom we can contact in emergencies.

GENERAL TERMS (An integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.)

SHIP AND FLIGHT TIMES The times indicated in the program are taken from the airlines and the shipping companies. Our agency cannot be held responsible for any changes in the times.
The shipping company reserves the right to change the route. Our agency cannot be held responsible for any changes in hours and routes made by the shipping company.
Passengers must strictly adhere to the ship's departure times. Passengers are required to board the ship at least 60 minutes before the ship's scheduled departure time. Our agency cannot be held responsible for any inconveniences caused by delays.
During check-in on the ship, without exception, every passenger (only one person in couples) must present a credit card or make a cash deposit at the ship's reception when taking the cabin keys. Cash is not accepted anywhere on the ship except in the casino. EUR currency and credit cards are valid on the ship. You can check all your expenses on the televisions in your rooms.
It is strictly forbidden to bring alcohol, irons, hair dryers, etc. on board.
Your luggage may take time to be delivered to your cabin on the ship's first departure day. Therefore, it is recommended to bring any items you may need until the first dinner in a small carry-on bag.
Our agency cannot be held responsible for any expenses that may arise against the passengers due to changes in the flight times of the airlines.
