DAY 1: DEPARTURE FROM KUŞADASI – DISCOVERING VATHY
We meet at Kuşadası Port (Scala Nuova) at 07:30. After completing our passport procedures, we depart at 08:30 by fast ferry and after about 45 minutes of a pleasant sea journey, we arrive at Vathy Port, the center of Samos Island. On some dates, our guide may meet you at Samos Port to join the tour from there.
(Our passengers joining from Seferihisar will be met by our guide at Samos port.)
We recommend guests who will obtain a landing visa to sit close to the door on the ferry to expedite the procedures.
Our check-in time at the hotels is 15:00, but we may be able to check into our rooms earlier depending on availability.
In the afternoon, we gather at the appointed point by our guide at 16:00 and begin to discover Vathy with the guide. During our enjoyable walking tour lasting about an hour and a half, we start to explore Vathy. Throughout this pleasant walking tour, we receive information about the island's rich history, culture of daily life, lifestyle of local people, charming cafés, delicious restaurants, and entertainment spots from our guide. As we progress through the narrow streets, we closely witness both the past and the present soul of Samos.
During our walk, we see the only Catholic Church on the island, which is currently abandoned. This structure, with its silence and mystical atmosphere, becomes one of our special stops that sheds light on the multicultural past of the island.
Next, we reach Aslanlı Meydan, which is considered the heart of the city and is the oldest and still active town square of Samos. Here we see the lion statue, the symbol of the square, and explore the historical texture surrounding it. The Municipality Building and the Archaeology Museum located around the square are important structures that bear traces of the island's history as part of our tour.
In the final part of our tour, we complete our visit at the monument of Themistocles Sofoulis, an important figure in modern Greek history, known as the first President of Samos. At this meaningful point, we take souvenir photos and imprint the atmosphere of history and culture in Vathy in our memories.
In your remaining free time, you can sit in cafés with a view of Vathy, take a walk along the beach, or enjoy the sea.
In the evening, an event that reflects the spirit of the island in the best way is waiting for you. In our optional Taverna Night program, we enjoy a pleasant atmosphere accompanied by live Greek music. The menu offered during the night includes unlimited uzo and wine. Guests who wish can get suggestions from our guide for continuing the night’s entertainment in different venues.

DAY 2: GRAND ISLAND TOUR
After having breakfast at our hotel, we meet at the port at 09:30 and set off to discover the island. During our tour, we first view the Vathy region panoramically to gain general information about the island's settlement.
Then we turn our route to one of the most photogenic spots on the island, Kokari. After our guide provides panoramic insights into the area, we are given free time here. Guests who wish can enjoy the turquoise sea, take a walk along the beach, or capture beautiful photos of postcard-like views.
Our next stop is Pythagorion, known as the birthplace of the famous mathematician Pythagoras. In this area, enchanting with its historical texture and seaside atmosphere, we tour with our guide, learning about Samos Castle, Transfiguration Church, and the famous Blue Street. After a brief walk around the port area, we stop for photos in front of the Pythagoras Monument.
Then we are offered free time for a delightful meal at one of the popular seaside restaurants in the area where you can try fresh seafood and the flavors of Greek cuisine.
On the return journey, we stop for a short shopping break at Lidl, one of Europe’s largest chain markets. Here, you can find both affordable products and local flavors.

DAY 3: FREE TIME – A DAY TO ENJOY SAMOS
After having breakfast at our hotel, your day is completely yours. You can swim in the beautiful beaches of the island, bask in the sun, and enjoy the clear waters of the turquoise coves.
You can take pleasant walks in the streets of Vathy, enjoy a Greek coffee break at seaside cafés, or buy souvenirs at gift shops on the island. Guests who wish can rent a car to explore different beaches and villages on the island and have opportunities to swim in secluded coves.
Today is a great free time day when you can absorb the peaceful atmosphere of Samos, making your own plans.

DAY 4: FREE TIME – A DAY TO ENJOY SAMOS
After having breakfast at our hotel, your day is completely yours. You can swim in the beautiful beaches of the island, bask in the sun, and enjoy the clear waters of the turquoise coves.
You can take pleasant walks in the streets of Vathy, enjoy a Greek coffee break at seaside cafés, or buy souvenirs at gift shops on the island. Guests who wish can rent a car to explore different beaches and villages on the island and have opportunities to swim in secluded coves.
Today is a great free time day when you can absorb the peaceful atmosphere of Samos, making your own plans.

DAY 5: RETURN FROM SAMOS TO KUŞADASI
(Optional Boat Tour Opportunity)
After having breakfast, we check out of our rooms. You can leave your luggage at the hotel and enjoy the last moments on the island until the ferry departure time.
For guests who wish, we offer an unforgettable experience with an optional Private Boat Tour. Departing from Vathy Port, our boat, with a maximum of 20 people, will take approximately 4 hours of enjoyable blue voyage with swimming stops in coves not accessible by land.
At our return time, we gather at the port and line up for passport control. After passport procedures and duty-free shopping, we board the ferry and after approximately 45 minutes of travel, we arrive in Kuşadası.
