CANCELLATION, REFUND AND WITHDRAWAL TERMS

1. PURPOSE

These Cancellation, Refund and Withdrawal Terms have been prepared to regulate the cancellation, change, refund and withdrawal processes related to tourism services offered by EP TAŞIMACILIK ORG. TUR. LOJ. SAN. VE TİC. LTD. ŞTİ. ("Ekotrend Tur").

The provisions of this text apply to all reservation and purchase transactions made through the website.

2. SCOPE

This text covers;

Domestic and international tour organizations,

Package tour services,

Hotel reservations,

Flight ticket reservations,

Transfer services,

Car rental services,

Cruise and ship reservations,

Visa consultancy services,

Other tourism services

.

3. CANCELLATION REQUESTS

Reservation cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the e-mail address muhasebe@easypartner.com.tr.

Notifications made by phone may not be accepted as a cancellation request on their own.

In order for the cancellation request to be processed, the required information and documents must be submitted in full.

4. REFUND CONDITIONS

Refund requests are evaluated according to the nature of the purchased service, reservation conditions, and the practices of the relevant service provider.

In cases where a refund must be made, the payment is carried out taking into account the applicable legislation and the transaction periods of payment institutions.

If a deduction is applied by the service provider, the refund amount may be calculated by taking these deductions into account.

5. RESERVATION CHANGES

Requests for changes to reservation dates, participant information, or other service details are evaluated within the framework of the relevant service provider's availability and rules.

If additional fees arise due to change requests, this amount shall be borne by the Buyer.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Pursuant to the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation, there is no right of withdrawal for accommodation, transportation, car rental, leisure activities and similar tourism services that must be performed on a specific date or during a specific period.

For services purchased within this scope, the right of withdrawal shall be evaluated in accordance with the relevant legislation.

7. FORCE MAJEURE

Due to natural disasters, war, epidemics, official authority decisions, cessation of transportation, strikes, terrorist incidents, or other force majeure events beyond the control of the parties, the service may need to be changed, postponed, or canceled.

In such cases, action will be taken in accordance with the applicable legislation and the practices of the relevant service providers.

8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS

Ekotrend Tur cooperates with airlines, hotels, transfer companies, car rental companies, tour operators, and other service providers in the provision of services.

In cancellation, change, and refund transactions, the rules and contractual provisions applied by the relevant service providers are also taken into account.

9. RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES

In disputes that may arise from this text, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts authorized under Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection shall have jurisdiction.

10. ENFORCEMENT

Users who make reservations or purchase services through the Ekotrend Tur website shall be deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these Cancellation, Refund and Withdrawal Terms.

This text enters into force as of the date it is published on the website.
