Acentemiz is an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol No. 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delay for scheduled and special flights, or the current travel and flight times may change before the trip. Our passengers have purchased the tour aware of and accepting that flight details may change. Our agency is not responsible for changes experienced by passengers who do not confirm their flight times and routes for domestic connection flights. In group tickets, the airline rules apply, and according to the group ticket rule, if the outbound flight cannot be used, the return flight cannot be used either. Prices are given based on transportation fees as of 01.01.2011, and any increases that may occur until the departure date will be reflected in the same proportion. Our agency reserves the right to cancel the tour/change the date with prior notice to its guests. In cases where sufficient participation is not provided, our agency reserves the right to cancel the tour with prior notice. In the event of tour cancellation, our agency must personally inform the cancellation. There is no right to compensation as it is a legal process. Child rates apply when they stay as the 3rd person in the same room with 2 adults. In a triple room, the 3rd bed is an extra bed, foldable, and does not provide the same comfort as the other 2 beds. In cases where the tour program indicates only category information without specifying the names, and/or it is included as an option for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be communicated to you 48 hours before the tour movement. Our agency reserves the right to change hotel names while maintaining the star category. Depending on the flight time, panoramic city introduction tours may be conducted the following day for late arrivals. Excursions listed in the programs may be conducted on days different from the indicated days at the discretion of the guide for any reason. Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are designed for the general introduction of cities and are conducted with the guidance of the tour guide from the vehicle, lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, and do not include museum or historical site entrance. Our agency is not responsible for failing to conduct these tours if local authorities do not allow visiting or entry due to closure, or if it becomes impossible to conduct due to weather conditions. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot in places where vehicle access is not allowed, within the limits of possibilities. Extra tours are organized by the local agency from which we receive service, provided there are at least 20 participants. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the excursions may not be conducted, or the prices, content, and the vehicle used may vary based on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of tours may be changed by the guide according to the conditions of the opened/closed status of the museums and historical sites to be visited and weather conditions. Participation in extra tours is optional and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in extra tours organized during the tour are deemed to have accepted to wait at a suitable rest facility along the route. These passengers will be dropped off at a roadside rest facility before the extra tour starts and will be picked up from the point they were dropped off after the tour is completed. To avoid problems during your exit and entry from abroad, your passport must have a validity period of 6 months from the end of the trip. Guests traveling with a Turkish green passport must renew their passports if the date of issuance is over 10 years ago; otherwise, they may not be accepted into the destination country and/or may not be able to fly from Turkey as per the airline company. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the passenger. Our agency is only an intermediary between the consulate and our customers and has no liability in cases where the visa is not approved or does not arrive for any reason, and no compensation rights arise. Regardless of when it is made, in the case of cancellation, visa and insurance fees are non-refundable. The visa must be obtained from the first country entered in the tour or the country where the most accommodation will be made. Otherwise, our agency is not responsible for the passport police not allowing entry into the country. Having a visa does not mean that entry into the country is guaranteed, as the passport police have the authority to deny entry. Our agency is not responsible for this situation; the responsibility lies with the passenger. To avoid problems with the customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, or similarly damaged passports, it is necessary to renew the mentioned passports, and if the destination country requires a visa for Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger. Guests under the age of 18 may be asked to present a document showing the joint consent of both parents when traveling alone or with only one parent at entry-exit points of the country by the security officers; therefore, we advise that minors and their parents are sensitive about this matter. Our agency assumes that individuals who have registered for the travel programs have read and accepted these terms.
Tour Program
DAY 1: ISTANBUL(IST) – PORTO
Meeting with your guide at Istanbul Airport's International Terminal. After luggage and passport procedures, we depart for Porto on Turkish Airlines. Upon arrival in Porto, we leave the airport and start our city tour. The sights to be seen include the historical buildings of the Ribeira district overlooking the Douro River, Bolsa Palace, the Cathedral (Porto Cathedral), House Of The Prince, Sao Francisco Church, Sao Bento train station, Ponte de Luis I Bridge, and we complete our panoramic city tour along the Douro River. After the tour, we transfer to our hotel and have free time. Guests who wish can participate in the Porto Boat Tour (50 Euro) organized by our guide. We conclude the tour after having the opportunity to see this magnificent city from the river and proceeding to the Atlantic Ocean. After the tour, transfer to our hotel and overnight stay...
DAY 2: PORTO
After breakfast at the hotel, free time. Guests who wish can participate in the extra tour of Portuguese Masterpieces Braga & Guimaraes (70 Euro). Our first stop is Braga, one of Portugal's important cities. We will see the 'Bom Jesus do Monte' (Jesus on the Mountains) Church, one of the important sacred places in Braga. This magnificent structure, reached by ascending 650 steps, is one of the finest examples of granite architecture in Northern Portugal. Devout individuals climb these steps on their knees to reach the sacred site on holy days. After Braga, we head to Guimaraes, the old capital of Portugal. Guimaraes, with its typical houses and squares, is a charming city protected by UNESCO. After visiting Guimaraes, we return to Porto via the scenic coastal route. Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel and overnight stay.
DAY 3: LISBON
After breakfast, we set off for Lisbon. On the way, we will have a tour of Fatima & Nazare & Obidos. We head towards Fatima, our first stop, known as one of the largest pilgrimage and worship centers in Christianity, where the Virgin Mary appeared to three little shepherds in 1917 and revealed three secrets. After Fatima, we make our way to the famous fishing town of Nazare, known for its beach. It is impossible not to be affected by the cliffs of Nazare, where the famous explorer Vasco de Gama came to pray before embarking on long sea voyages. Next, we visit the historical Obidos city, which has preserved its historical texture with intact 12th-century walls, before moving on to Lisbon. Upon arrival, a panoramic city tour of Lisbon will be conducted. During our tour, we will visit VII Eduardo Park, Rossio Street (the heart of the city), the famous Libardede Square, the Tejo River, São Jorge Castle, the Alfama and Alcantara districts, as well as Belem Tower, the Monument to the Discoveries, and Jeronimos Monastery. Then we transfer to our hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.
DAY 4: LISBON
After breakfast at the hotel, guests who wish can participate in the extra Sintra & Cascais & Estoril & Cabo de Roca Tour (100 Euro). In this tour, we first visit Sintra, about a 40-minute drive, to see the “Palacio de Vila” (City Palace), famous for its chimney pots and tiles, which is a synthesis of various styles. Afterward, you will have free time to explore the narrow streets in the city center for lunch. In the afternoon, we will set foot at Cabo de Roca, the westernmost point of Europe. As we progress along the coastal cliffs, we first visit Guincho Point and then head to the "Boca de Inferno" rock formation near Cascais. We will explore the fishing harbor in Cascais before passing through the famous casino area of the affluent Estoril district on our return journey to the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.
DAY 5: LISBON – ISTANBUL(IST)
After breakfast, we will transfer to the airport. After ticket and customs procedures, we will board our flight to Istanbul with Turkish Airlines. After arriving in Istanbul, our tour comes to an end.
