DAY 2: CAPPADOCIA
PANORAMIC SALT LAKE – IHLARA VALLEY – DERINKUYU UNDERGROUND CITY – PASABAĞ VALLEY – DEVLI VALLEY – THREE BEAUTIES FAIRY CHIMNEYS
– POTTERY & CERAMIC WORKSHOP – ÜRGÜP – AVANOS – DOVE VALLEY
After gathering with our guests at designated meeting points, we head towards the Cappadocia region, which has been named “The Land of Beautiful Horses” by the Persians, thanks to its natural beauties inherited from the 3917 m high Erciyes Mountain and the 3268 m high Hasan Mountain. After having a free breakfast on the way, we will have a panoramic view of Salt Lake. Our first stop in Cappadocia will be Ihlara Valley, which is 14 km long and formed by the Melendiz River, and features pigeon houses and rock churches. During our walk in Ihlara Valley, we will also see the Ağaçaltı Church and the Yilanlı Church. Our second stop will be the Derinkuyu Underground City, an engineering marvel where thousands of people could live for months to escape from enemy invasions. You will not be able to hide your admiration while exploring this fascinating underground city. Following that, we will head towards Uçhisar. We will take a photo of Dove Valley and Uçhisar Castle and then arrive at a cave dining place for our lunch. Here, we will have the chance to taste Cappadocia’s famous pastried dried beans and pottery kebab. After enjoying our meal in an authentic environment, we will travel to Avanos, famous for its pottery. In Avanos, we will see the Kızılırmak River and receive information about the pottery made from Kızılırmak clay. Afterward, we will take a photo break at Paşabağ Valley (Monks Valley), where you will see the most beautiful examples of fairy chimneys. After strolling among the fairy chimneys and taking photos at Paşabağ, we will explore Develi Valley (Dervent Valley), which contains interesting fairy chimney formations and is named after the fairy chimney resembling a camel. After a panoramic tour of Ürgüp, we will see Asmalı Konağı from the outside and have the opportunity to taste the delicious wines of Cappadocia in its Wine Cellars. At the end of the day, we will witness the Hat Fairy Chimneys and the symbol of Cappadocia, the Three Beauties Fairy Chimneys. After completing our tours, we are settled into our hotel. Dinner and accommodation will be at our hotel. For those who wish, we will meet in the lobby to join the Turkish night. DAY 3: CAPPADOCIA – ESKİŞEHİR
BALLOON TOUR – GÖREME OPEN-AIR MUSEUM – STONE WORKSHOP – ROCK CHURCHES – HACI BEKTAŞ-I VELI TOMB AND MUSEUM – CHILEHANE
For those who want to join the balloon or ATV tour, we will meet in the lobby early in the morning and transfer them to the departure points. (Extra) General information will be provided by our guide. After the open buffet breakfast at the hotel, we will leave the hotel with our luggage. Our first stop will be the Onyx Stone Workshop to learn about the properties and processing of Onyx, a subtype of Agate under the Quartz group. After the Onyx Stone Workshop, we will visit the Göreme Open-Air Museum in Göreme Valley, formerly known as Korama. The rock churches (Apple, Snake, Sandal Churches), dining hall, kitchen, storehouse, and Tokalı Church, which depicts the Bible from beginning to end, are among the places we will visit in the museum. After our visit to the Göreme Open-Air Museum, we will head to Hacıbektaş district, where the tomb of Hacı Bektaş-i Veli, who was born in Horasan and embraced every community with his universal views since the 13th century, is located. In the Hacı Bektaş-i Veli Museum, we will explore the Hacı Bektaş-i Veli Tomb, Balım Sultan Tomb, Güvenç Abdal Tomb, Kırklar Square, Pir House, Third Courtyard, Storehouse, Square House, Square House Mosque, Kitchen House, Second Courtyard (Dergâh Courtyard), First Courtyard (Nadar Courtyard), and finally the Chilehane before beginning our journey back. In the evening, we will drop off our esteemed guests at the points we picked them up, hoping to meet again in our other tours.

Dinner: Will be taken at a rest area on the way back as extra.
Accommodation: NOTE: NO HOTEL ACCOMMODATION THIS NIGHT.
TURKISH NIGHT:
In the authentic venues carved into the rocks specific to the Cappadocia region, a show takes place featuring folk dances from every region of our country and oriental performances. Various music shows, animations, and entertainments are also included in the night, along with unlimited local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and accompanying appetizers.
BALLOON TOUR:
Depending on weather and seasonal conditions, our tour will last between 60 – 75 minutes, concluding with the transfer back to your hotel. Around 5 AM, our vehicles will pick you up and take you to the launch area. While the balloons are being prepared for flight, guests can enjoy a light breakfast. After a short preparation, the balloons will begin to fly close to sunrise. The flight lasts approximately 1 hour, allowing guests to rise to about 1000 feet to witness the sunrise. There will also be opportunities to enter the valleys and view the fairy chimneys and valley landscapes, as well as take photos and videos. After the flight, there will be a bubbly celebration for guests. Additionally, a flight certificate will be provided as a souvenir of the flight experience. The entire balloon adventure lasts about 3 hours, and guests will be taken back to their accommodation by around 8 AM.
ATV TOUR:
Depending on weather and seasonal conditions, our tour will last between 45 – 60 minutes, concluding with the transfer back to your hotel. Around 5 AM, our vehicles will pick you up and take you to the departure area. After having a light breakfast, we will ride the ATV vehicles to enter valleys where buses cannot reach, allowing for stunning photo opportunities of the magnificent landscapes. The intense valleys we will explore during the ATV tour will include Love Valley and Monk Valley.
