-The specified hotel category and similar are presented; the exact hotel name will be communicated with information 48 hours before the tour departure.
-To benefit from Advantageous Tour Package prices for extra tours, payment must be made to the local agency representative during the tour.
-Extra tours take place with a minimum of 15 participants. If participation is below 15 people, changes may occur in tour prices or it may be conducted by metro.
-Points to note on our Abu Dhabi tour: Men should not wear shorts; women should not wear sleeveless tops, mini skirts, leggings, or shorts. A long-sleeved cardigan and headscarf must be brought for the mosque visit. Free time will be given for lunch during our tour and it is not included.
-Points to note on our Desert Safari tour: Wear sportswear and comfortable clothing, bring a cardigan. Do not eat heavy meals before the tour and avoid drinking excessive amounts of water. Guests with stomach, back, or neck complaints and pregnant guests must inform their guides about their conditions.
In cases where only category information is provided without specifying names in the tour program and/or options exist for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
In our Dubai programs, there will be a guide meeting at Dubai arrival. The included guiding service covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfers. If extra tours are taken, guiding service will also be included. During extra tours, different guides may accompany the guests.
During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances exceeding the specified km. In such a case, Outgoing Tour will provide information 15 days before the tour departure date.
There is a visa application process for T.C. citizens. For visa application, you must apply to our agency with documents specified, using a passport valid for at least 6 months from the travel end date. Even if required documents are submitted to the consulate during the visa application process, the consulate may refuse the visa stating reasons or without stating reasons, or issue a visa start date after the tour departure date. The fee for applied visa services is non-refundable. There is no visa requirement for Green Passport holders; a passport valid for at least 6 months from the tour departure date is sufficient. Having a visa does not guarantee entry into the country; the border police have the authority to deny entry. Outgoing Tour is not responsible for such situations; responsibility lies with the traveler.
Guests traveling with a T.C. Green Passport whose passports were issued more than 10 years ago must renew their passports. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the destination country and/or their flights may not be operated by the airline from Turkey. In such a situation, responsibility lies with the traveler.
