Acentemiz is an intermediary between the airline and the passenger, and is subject to the 28.09.1955 Hague Protocol. There may be a risk of delays on scheduled and charter flights, or the flight times may change before the existing trip. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that the flight details may change. Our agency is not responsible for changes experienced in domestic connecting flights for guests who do not confirm their flight times and routes. The airline rules apply for group tickets, and according to the group ticket rules, if the outbound flight cannot be used, the return flight cannot be used either. Prices are provided based on transportation fees as of 01.01.2011, and any increases that may occur until the departure date will be reflected in the same proportion. Our agency reserves the right to cancel the tour/change the date, provided that the guests are informed. In programs where sufficient participation is not achieved, our agency reserves the right to cancel the tour, provided that prior notification is given. In the event of cancellation of the tour, our agency is obliged to inform the guests personally. There is no compensation right due to legal processes. Child prices are applied when they stay as the third person in the same room with 2 adults. In a Triple Room; the third bed is an extra bed, which is a foldable bed and does not have the same comfort as the other 2 beds. In cases where the program specifies only category information without mentioning specific names for hotels, or when alternative options exist for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be informed to you 48 hours before the tour movement. Our agency reserves the right to change the names of hotels as long as the star category remains the same. Depending on the flight times, panoramic city introduction tours after late arrivals will be conducted the following day. Sightseeing tours specified in the programs may be conducted on different days than those indicated at the guide's discretion for any reason. The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are conducted for a general introduction of the cities and are a maximum of 2-3 hour tours done from the vehicle with guide narration, excluding museum or site entrance fees. Our agency is not responsible if these tours cannot be conducted due to non-permission from local authorities for entry on the designated day and time, or due to closed roads caused by any events, as well as if the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions. Some tours may be conducted via public transport or on foot where closed roads or no vehicle entry is permitted, within available means. Extra tours are organized by the local agency from which we receive services, requiring a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient numbers are not met, these tours may not be conducted or the extra tour prices, content, and the vehicles to be used may vary based on the number of participants. Additionally, the days and times of tours can change according to the opening/closing status of the museums and sites to be visited at the destination, and the weather conditions, as determined by the guide. Extra tours are optional for participants and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in the extra tours organized during the tour are considered to have accepted to wait at a suitable rest facility along the way. These guests will be dropped off at the roadside rest facility before the extra tour begins and will be picked up from the point where they were left after the tour is completed. To avoid problems during your international departures and entries, your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the end of the trip. Guests traveling with a T.C. green passport must renew their passports if the issuance date of their passports is older than 10 years. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the destination country or may not be allowed to board their flights conducted by the airline from Turkey. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the passenger. Our agency is only an intermediary between the consulate and our customers and is not liable for any reasons for the approval of the visa not being granted, not being completed in time, and these situations do not create a right to compensation. Regardless of when it occurs, visa and insurance fees are not refundable in case of cancellation. The visa must be obtained from the first country of entry for the tour or from the country where the maximum stay will be made. Otherwise, our agency is not responsible if entry is denied by passport police. Having a visa does not mean entry into the country is guaranteed; the passport police have the authority to deny you entry. Our agency is not responsible for this situation; responsibility lies with the passenger. To avoid any issues with customs police at the border due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports; it is necessary to renew such passports, and if the country applied for a visa requires it for T.C. citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. In this case, responsibility lies with the passenger. Guests under 18 years old traveling alone or with only one parent may be asked by police officers at entry and exit points to show a document indicating mutual consent from both parents; therefore, we recommend that guests under 18 and their parents show sensitivity on this matter. Our agency considers that individuals who have registered for the travel programs have read and accepted these terms.
