Acentemiz acts as an intermediary between the airline and passengers and is subject to the Hague Protocol No. 28. There may be risks of delays in scheduled and special flights, or flight times may change prior to existing trips. Our passengers have purchased the tour with the knowledge and acceptance that flight details may change. Our agency is not responsible for changes that occur in domestic connecting flight transport for guests who do not confirm flight times and routes. In group tickets, airline rules are applicable, and according to group ticket rules, if the outbound flight cannot be used, the return flight cannot be used either. Prices are quoted based on transportation fees as of January 1, 2011, and any increases that may occur until the date of departure will be reflected proportionally. Our agency reserves the right to cancel the tour or change the dates, provided that our guests are informed. In programs with insufficient participation, the right to cancel the tour is reserved by our agency, with prior notice. In case of cancellation, our agency is obliged to inform the guests personally. As it is a legal process, there is no right to compensation. Child prices apply when they stay as the 3rd person in the same room as 2 adults. In a three-bed room, the 3rd bed is an extra bed and is a foldable type, not providing the same comfort as the other 2 beds. In cases where only category information is given without specifying hotel names in the tour program, or where multiple choices exist for the same destination, the hotels will be notified to you 48 hours before the trip. Our agency reserves the right to change hotel names, provided the star category remains the same. Depending on flight times, panoramic city introduction tours will be conducted the next day in case of late arrivals. Tours designated in the programs may be conducted on different days than specified at the discretion of the guide for any reason. Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are a maximum of 2-3 hour tours conducted to provide a general introduction to the cities, not including entrance to museums or archaeological sites, and conducted with commentary from the guide from inside the vehicle. Our agency is not responsible for any tours that cannot be conducted due to restrictions on entry or travel due to closed roads, or because of weather conditions that make it impossible to conduct the tour. Some tours may be done by public transport or on foot in locations with closed roads or where vehicle entry is not allowed, within the available means. Extra tours are organized by the local agency with whom we have service agreements, subject to a minimum attendance of 20 participants. If sufficient numbers are not achieved, the excursions cannot be conducted, or the prices, contents, and vehicles for extra excursions may vary according to the number of participants. Additionally, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide based on the open/closed status of museums or archaeological sites to be visited and weather conditions. Participation in extra tours is at the discretion of the participant and is not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in the organized extra tours are deemed to have accepted to wait at a convenient rest area along the way. These passengers will be dropped off at the roadside rest area before the start of the extra tour and will be picked up from the same point after the tour is completed. To avoid problems during your international departures and entries, your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the end of the trip. Guests traveling with a T.C. green passport must renew their passports if the date of issue is more than 10 years old; otherwise, they may be denied entry into the country they are traveling to and/or may not have their flights conducted by the airline from Turkey. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the passenger. Our agency acts only as an intermediary between the consulate and our customers and has no liability in cases where visas are not approved or received for any reason, which does not give rise to compensation rights. Regardless of when they occur, visa and insurance fees are non-refundable in case of cancellation. The visa must be obtained from the first country of entry on the tour or the country with the longest stay. Otherwise, our agency is not responsible for the potential refusal of entry by passport control officers. Obtaining a visa does not guarantee entry into the country, as passport control officers have the authority to deny entry. Our agency is not responsible for this situation, and the responsibility lies with the passenger. To avoid issues at the customs border with the police of the visited country due to torn, worn, wet, or similarly damaged passports, such passports should be renewed, and if the visited country requires visas for T.C. citizens, the respective visa must be on the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger. Passengers under the age of 18 traveling alone or with only one parent are advised to prepare a document showing the mutual consent of both parents, as there is a possibility that police officers may request such a document during entry-exit procedures. Our agency assumes that individuals registered for the travel programs have read and accepted these terms.
