Acentemiz is an intermediary between airlines and passengers and is subject to the La Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delays in scheduled and charter flights, or existing trip and flight times may change before the journey. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Our agency is not responsible for changes in domestic connecting flight transportation for guests who do not confirm flight times and routes. The airline rules apply to group tickets, and if the outbound flight is not used, the return flight cannot be used either, according to group ticket rules. Prices are based on transportation fees as of 01.01.2011, and any increases until the departure date will be reflected proportionately. Our agency reserves the right to cancel the tour or change the date, provided that we inform the guests. In programs with insufficient participation, our agency reserves the right to cancel the tour with prior notice. In case of cancellation, our agency must personally inform about the cancellation. As it is a legal process, there is no right to compensation. Child prices are applied if they stay as a third person in the same room with 2 adults. In a triple room, the third bed is an extra bed and is of a folding kind and does not have the same comfort as the other two beds. In cases where only category information is provided without specifying names in the tour program, and/or options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified to you 48 hours before the excursion movement. Our agency reserves the right to change hotel names as long as the star category remains the same. Depending on the flight time, panoramic city introduction tours on late arrivals will be conducted the next day. The excursions specified in the programs may be conducted on days other than those indicated due to the guide's discretion for any reason. Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are conducted as 2-3 hour tours that do not include museum or archaeological site entries and are designed for general introduction. Our agency is not responsible for the inability to conduct said tours due to local authorities denying access, closed roads for any events, or adverse weather conditions that make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot where closed roads or locations where vehicle entry is not permitted. Extra tours are organized by the local agency from which we receive service, requiring a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not provided, excursions may not be carried out, or extra excursion prices, content, and the vehicles used may vary depending on the number of participants. Additionally, the days and times of tours may be changed by the guide based on the opening/closing status of museums and archaeological sites at the locations to be visited and weather conditions. Participation in extra tours is optional and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in extra tours organized during the tour are deemed to have accepted waiting at a suitable rest facility along the route. These passengers will be dropped off at the roadside rest facility before the extra tour starts and will be picked up from the spot they were dropped off after the tour is completed. To avoid problems during your foreign departures and entries, your passport must be valid for 6 months beyond the end of your travel. Guests traveling with a T.C. green passport must renew their passports if the issue date of their passport is older than 10 years; otherwise, they may be denied entry into the country they are going to and/or the airline may not carry out their flights from Turkey. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the passenger. Our agency is only an intermediary between the consulate and our customers, and it has no liability regarding the visa not being approved or received for any reason, nor does it create any right to compensation. In case of cancellation at any time, visa and insurance fees are non-refundable. The visa must be obtained from the first country entered in the tour or from the country where the most stay will be made. Otherwise, our agency is definitely not responsible for the passport police not allowing entry into the country. Having a visa does not guarantee entry into the country, as the passport police have the authority to deny entry. Our agency is not responsible for this situation; the responsibility lies with the passenger. To avoid issues with customs police at the border of the visited country due to torn, worn, soaked, and/or similarly damaged passports, these passports should be renewed, and if the visited country requires a visa for T.C. citizens, the relevant visa must be on the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger. Minor travelers under 18 years of age may be required to present a document showing joint consent from both parents when traveling alone or with only one parent at country entry and exit points. Therefore, we recommend that our guests under 18 and their parents be sensitive to this matter. Our agency assumes that those who have registered for the travel programs have read and accepted these terms.
DAY 1: ISTANBUL – LUXEMBOURG
After meeting your guide at the New Airport International Terminal, proceed to Turkish Airlines counter to complete your luggage and ticket procedures, then take a Turkish Airlines scheduled flight to Luxembourg. After arriving, we will conduct a panoramic city tour of Luxembourg. During the tour, you will have the opportunity to see the Petrus Valley, the old town center and narrow streets, the city cathedral, and the Duke's Palace. Afterwards, we head to our hotel for check-in. Then, those who wish can join the optional Remich & Schengen tour (40 euros) organized by our guide. We start our tour in the Schengen area, located at the crossroads of Luxembourg, Germany, and France, where the free movement agreement was signed by EU countries. You can take souvenir photos in front of various buildings and monuments. Next, we arrive in the Remich area surrounded by vineyards. You can enjoy shopping in this charming and quiet town due to Luxembourg's low tax policies. After the Remich & Schengen tour, we transfer back to our hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

DAY 2: LUXEMBOURG – REIMS – PARIS
After having breakfast at the hotel, we head to the city of Reims. During our break in Reims, we will have free time for champagne tasting and shopping. After the city tour and free time, we will board our transfer vehicle and head to Paris. Once we arrive in Paris, we will transfer to the hotel for rest. Overnight at the hotel.
DAY 3: PARIS
After breakfast at the hotel, we set off for a panoramic city tour of Paris. During our panoramic tour, we will see the Opera Square and Building, the Tuileries Gardens, the Concorde Square, the world-famous shopping street Champs-Elysées, the Arc de Triomphe, the Eiffel Tower, the Military Museum, the Parliament building, Napoleon's Tomb, the Louvre Palace and Museum, the National Assembly Building, the Madeleine Church, the Grand Palais, Petit Palais, Comedie Francais, Chaillot Palace, Vendome and Trocadero Squares among the places to be visited. Then, those who wish can join the optional Paris Dream Tour (Paris Icons & Painters Hill) (85 euros) organized by our guide. We will move for the Paris dream tour, where we will visit Montmartre Hill, known for its bohemian lifestyle, passing through the lively Pigalle District, one of the city’s most interesting centers. After seeing Sacré-Coeur (Sacred Heart Basilica), you will have free time for portrait drawings and photos in the Artist Square. After this visit to the Artists' Hill, we will visit the Eiffel Tower, which is both a symbol of Paris and France, to enjoy the breathtaking views of the city during the Paris Icons tour. During the photo break, those who wish can purchase tickets to go up the tower. After our free time, we will transfer back to our hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

DAY 4: PARIS
After breakfast at the hotel, those who wish can join the optional St. Germain tour and Outlet (70 euros) organized by our guide. We will experience St. Germain, known for its jazz music and cafes, where many thinkers and philosophers like Jean-Paul Sartre and Simone de Beauvoir lived. We will conduct a walking tour to see Luxembourg Gardens, the Pantheon, St. Michel, followed by a panoramic view of Notre Dame Cathedral and the Sorbonne University. During the continuation of our tour, we will give free time for enjoyable shopping at Paris’s famous Outlet shopping center. At the end of the tour, we will transfer back to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

DAY 5: PARIS – BRUGES – BRUSSELS
After breakfast at the hotel, we set off for Bruges. Nicknamed “Venice of Belgium” due to its houses on water and canals, the city's historical structure has retained its integrity, not damaged during World War II. The colorful, cake-like single-story houses, churches, sculptures, and cobbled medieval streets we encounter in the city square will transport us into a fairytale. Afterwards, we transfer to the city of Brussels and conduct a panoramic city tour. Brussels, the capital of Belgium, is also home to many institutions related to the European Union and NATO. During our tour of this city, which has managed to preserve many historical artifacts throughout history, we will conduct a panoramic tour of Grand Place, one of the most famous and lively squares in Europe, as well as many historically significant places and streets known for their Gothic architecture. After our Brussels tour, we will transfer back to our hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
DAY 6: BRUSSELS – AMSTERDAM
After having breakfast at our hotel, we head to Amsterdam. During our panoramic city tour of Amsterdam, we will see Dam Square, the Royal Palace, the National Monument, and the Central Station. Guests may visit the Flower Market and the Red Light District during their free time. You can enjoy the city and take lots of photos during the free time provided. After taking a short photo stop at the Museum Square, we will transfer back to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
DAY 7: AMSTERDAM
After breakfast at the hotel, those who wish can join the optional Marken & Zaanse Schans & Volendam Tour (105 euros) organized by our guide. In the village of Marken, you can observe the lives of fishermen in their charming small houses. You will have the opportunity to see and take photos of the magical village of Zaanse Schans with its windmills, and then we will head to Volendam, a charming coastal town. You won’t want to leave Volendam, an old fishing village that inspired the song “You must go to Volendam to see the true beauty of Holland.” After this tour, we will transfer back to our hotel and offer free time. Overnight at the hotel.

DAY 8: AMSTERDAM – COLOGNE – ISTANBUL
After breakfast at our hotel, we head to the city of Cologne. After arriving in this charming little town, which experienced its wealthiest period in the 16th century, we will conduct a panoramic city tour. Afterwards, we will transfer to Cologne airport at the time indicated by your guide. After luggage, ticket, and customs procedures, we will board our Turkish Airlines scheduled flight to Istanbul. With our arrival, our tour and services conclude.
