Acentemiz is an intermediary between the airline and passengers, subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delays on scheduled and charter flights, or flight times may change before the current trip. Our passengers have purchased the tour with the understanding and acceptance that flight details may change. Our agency is not responsible for changes experienced in domestic flight connections for guests who do not confirm flight times and routes. For group tickets, the airline rules apply, and if the outbound flight cannot be used due to group ticket rules, the return flight cannot be used either. Prices are provided based on the transportation fees as of 01.01.2011, and any increases up to the date of travel will be reflected proportionally. Our agency reserves the right to cancel or change the date of the tour with prior notice to the guests. In programs with insufficient participation, our agency reserves the right to cancel the tour with prior notice. In case of cancellation of the tour, our agency is obliged to inform the cancellation personally. There is no compensation right due to legal processes. Child prices apply if they stay as the 3rd person in the same room with 2 adults. In a triple room, the 3rd bed is an extra bed and does not have the same comfort as the other 2 beds. In cases where the hotel(s) are mentioned only by category information without specific names in the tour program, they will be informed to you 48 hours before the tour movement. Our agency reserves the right to change hotel names, provided the star category remains the same. Depending on the flight time, panoramic city introduction tours may be carried out the following day due to late arrivals. Guided tours specified in the programs may be conducted by the guide on different days for any reason. City introduction tours included in the tour package are organized for the general introduction of cities and consist of a maximum of 2-3 hour panoramic tours with guided narration from inside the vehicle without entrance to museums or archaeological sites. Our agency is not responsible for the inability to carry out these tours if local authorities do not permit access on the days and times during the tours, if roads are closed due to any event, or if the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot where roads are closed or where vehicle entry is not allowed, to the extent possible. Extra tours are organized by our local agency with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient numbers are not reached, the excursions may not be conducted, or extra tour prices, content, and the vehicle used may vary based on participant numbers. Additionally, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide according to the open/closed status of museums and archaeological sites and weather conditions. Extra tours are optional for participants and are not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in the extra tours organized during the tour are considered to have accepted to wait at a suitable rest facility along the way. These passengers will be dropped off at the roadside rest area before the extra tour begins and will be picked up from the point they were left after the completion of the tour. To avoid any issues during your overseas departures and entries, your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date your travel ends. Guests traveling with a Turkish green passport must renew their passports if their passport issue date is older than 10 years; otherwise, they may not be accepted into the country they are traveling to or may not have their flights conducted by the airline from Turkey. In such a case, the responsibility lies with the passenger. Our agency acts only as an intermediary between the consulate and our customers, and we bear no responsibility in the event of visa non-approval or failure to meet deadlines, as these do not create rights for compensation. Regardless of when the cancellation occurs, visa and insurance fees are non-refundable. The visa must be obtained from the first country entered in the tour or the country where the most accommodation will be spent; otherwise, our agency is not responsible for being prevented from entering the country by passport police. Having a visa does not guarantee entry into the country, as the passport police have the authority to deny entry. Our agency is not responsible for this situation; the responsibility lies with the passenger. To avoid issues at the border with customs police due to torn, worn, wet, or similarly damaged passports, it is necessary to renew such passports, and if a country requires a visa for Turkish citizens, that visa must be on the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger. Passengers under the age of 18 should be aware that when traveling alone or with only one parent, there is a possibility that police officers may request documentation showing the mutual consent of both parents at the country’s entry and exit points; hence, we recommend that passengers under 18 and their parents show sensitivity to this matter. Our agency considers that individuals who have registered for travel programs have read and accepted these terms.
