A cancellation request must be made 72 hours (3 days) before the tour departure date, or in case of changes, a 100% refund guarantee is offered without conditions. For tours with accommodation, the insurance cost is 1,300 TL for up to 3 days of accommodation and 1,500 TL for 4 days or more of accommodation.

Our package prices include hotel, transportation, and surrounding tours. Child discounts applied to tour packages are valid for one child accompanying two adults. For children aged 0-6, a bed may not be provided for hotel accommodation. Our tour is a package that includes guiding, transportation, accommodation, and surrounding tours and cannot be considered separately. Unused rights related to transportation, accommodation, surrounding tours, etc., are non-refundable. Changes may be made in accommodation areas and hotels, as long as it is of the same standards, depending on occupancy. Our rest stops may be changed with regard to location and service standards, provided they remain the same due to circumstances such as occupancy and renovations. The guide has the right to make changes regarding the timing and program flow if they deem it necessary, while ensuring the entire program is carried out, due to weather conditions and adverse road conditions. The agency is not responsible for places that cannot be visited due to unavoidable reasons (weather, road, congestion at visitor sites, etc.) even if they are listed in the tour program. Extra tours listed in the tour program, such as night tours, are conducted based on the number of participants and the conditions of available personnel. Extra tours conducted along the way will still be carried out even if not all passengers participate. Passengers who do not wish to join the extra tours along the way will be directed by our guide to rest areas or city centers before entering the city. Passengers preferring not to participate in the extra tours acknowledge that they have joined the tour by agreeing to wait at the rest stop. During the reservation process, there is no guarantee or assurance of specific seat numbers. There is no guarantee for transportation and hotel notes entered into the reservation. Seats number 3 and 4 in vehicles belong to the guide and assistant. For our flights with tours, the airline agreement applies in the sections related to flights. Cancellation insurances do not cover air transport. Our tours have a tiered pricing system. The price announced is the price from the lowest class. (In flight-inclusive tour programs, 'economy class' is used.) If the required number of participants is not reached, the right to cancel is reserved by the agency up to 3 days before the tour departure date. In such a cancellation, the agency is obligated to inform its guests directly. In cases where children under 18, who are not considered legal adults, do not attend the tour with one or both parents, it is mandatory to carry the necessary consent forms for participation during the trip. Individuals must carry reports regarding their health issues, pregnancy status, and medications they use constantly. The mandatory travel insurance numbered 1618 covers the agency's bankruptcy or any reason preventing the provision of package tour services. It does not cover health insurance and medical expenses. Private health insurance is the personal expense of the guest. The Cancellation Guarantee Package allows you to cancel your purchased package tour without stating any reason up to 72 hours before the start date. After cancellation, the entire tour fee you have paid will be refunded without any deductions, according to your payment method. All our Cultural tour products apply a tiered pricing system. As the reservation number within the packaged tour offered for sale increases (as the occupancy rate of the tour rises), prices are gradually raised. In this case, price fixation cannot be made without receiving a down payment. If sufficient participation is not achieved, ticketing may be done to the nearest movement point to ensure our guests' participation in the tour. Information regarding arrival times at the end of the tour is as written in the package program, and the agency is not responsible for delays that may occur due to force majeure. Our guests will be dropped off at the points where they were picked up. According to the Traffic Law, it is mandatory to wear seat belts throughout the travel period in the vehicle, and the agency is not liable in case of non-compliance. All personal belongings in the vehicle are the responsibility of the individual at rest areas, etc. Night Tours and Extras; All Night Tours are extra and will be carried out based on participation and the number of persons involved.

DAY 2: CAPPADOCIA
PANORAMIC SALT LAKE – IHLARA VALLEY – DERINKUYU UNDERGROUND CITY – PASABAGLARI - DEVELI VALLEY – THREE BEAUTIES FAIRY CHIMNEYS – POTTERY & CERAMICS WORKSHOP – ÜRGÜP – AVANOS – PIGEON VALLEY
After meeting with our guests at the designated meeting points, we head towards the Cappadocia region, which owes its natural beauties to Mount Erciyes at 3917 m and Mount Hasan at 3268 m, known as the "Land of Beautiful Horses" by the Persians. After a free breakfast on the way, we see Salt Lake panoramically. Our first stop in Cappadocia will be Ihlara Valley, 14 km long, formed by the Melendiz River, which contains pigeon houses and rock churches. During our walk in Ihlara Valley, we will also see the Ağaçaltı Church and the Yılanlı Church. Our second stop will be Derinkuyu Underground City, an engineering marvel where thousands of people could live for months to escape enemy raids. You will not be able to hide your admiration while exploring this fascinating underground city. Immediately after the underground city, we head towards Uçhisar. We take a photo of Pigeon Valley and Uçhisar Castle and arrive at a rock-carved place for our lunch. Here, we have the chance to taste Cappadocia's famous pastirma and bean casserole as well as the testi kebab. After the traditional meal, we go to Avanos, famous for its pottery. In Avanos, we see the Kızılırmak River and learn about the ceramics made from its clay. After that, we take a photo break at Paşabağ (Monks Valley), where you will see the best examples of the multi-headed fairy chimneys. After wandering among the fairy chimneys in Paşabağ and taking photos, we visit Develi Valley (Imaginary Valley), known for its interesting fairy chimney formations named after one that looks like a camel. After a panoramic tour of Ürgüp, we will see Asmalı Konağı from the outside and have the opportunity to taste the delicious wines of Cappadocia at the Wine Cellars. At the end of the day, we will view the Three Beauties Fairy Chimneys, the symbol of Cappadocia. After our tours, we check into our hotel. Dinner and accommodation in our hotel, meeting in the lobby with our guests who would like to join the Turkish night (Extra, detailed information will be provided by our guide on the bus).

DAY 3: CAPPADOCIA – ISTANBUL
BALLOON TOUR – GÖREME OPEN AIR MUSEUM – STONE WORKSHOP – ROCK CHURCHES – HACI BEKTAS-I VELI TURBEE AND MUSEUM – CHILEHANE
For guests who want to participate in the balloon or ATV tour, we meet in the hotel lobby in the early morning and transfer them to the departure points. (Extra) General information will be provided by our guide.
Dear guests, after having our open buffet breakfast at the hotel, we leave the hotel with our luggage. First, we visit the Onyx Stone Workshop to learn about the features and processing of Onyx, which is a subtype of Agate that belongs to the Quartz group. After the Onyx Stone Workshop, we visit the Göreme Open Air Museum, located in the Göreme Valley, formerly known as Korama. The rock churches (Elmalı, Yılanlı, Çarıklı Churches), dining room, kitchen, cellar, and Tokalı Church which depicts the Bible from start to finish will be among the places we will see in the museum. After the Göreme Open Air Museum visit, we head to Hacıbektaş, where the tomb of Hacı Bektaş-ı Veli, a universal figure with opinions that embraced everyone since the 13th century and the patron of the Janissaries, is located. We will explore the Hacı Bektaş-ı Veli Museum, which includes; the Hacı Bektaş-ı Veli Tomb, Balım Sultan Tomb, Güvenç Abdal Tomb, Kırklar Square, the Pir House, Third Courtyard, Cellar House, Square House, Square House Mosque, Aş House, Second Courtyard (Dergâh Courtyard), First Courtyard (Nadar Courtyard), and finally the Chilehane before heading back to Istanbul. We will take the Ankara - Bolu route and drop you off at the points we picked you up in the evening for our future tours.
Breakfast: It will be obtained as an open buffet at the hotel and is included in the tour price.

Dinner: It will be taken at our rest area along the way extra.

TURKISH NIGHT:
In the authentic venues carved into the rock characteristic of the Cappadocia region, entertainment is held where folk dances from all regions of our country are performed along with oriental shows. The night features various music performances, animations, and entertainment, with unlimited local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and suitable appetizers served.
BALLOON TOUR:
Depending on weather and seasonal conditions, our tour lasts between 60 – 75 minutes and concludes with our transfer back to your hotel. Around 5 in the morning, our vehicles will pick you up from your hotel and take you to the departure site. While the balloons prepare for take-off, guests can enjoy a light breakfast buffet. After a short preparation, the balloons take off close to sunrise. The flight lasts approximately 1 hour during which the balloon ascends to around 1000 feet, allowing guests to enjoy the sunrise. Additionally, we provide the opportunity to enter the valleys and view the fairy chimneys and valley landscapes for photos and videos. At the end of the flight, we organize a champagne celebration for our guests. A commemorative flight certificate will also be given. The entire balloon flight experience lasts approximately 3 hours, and by around 8 AM, guests will be returned to their hotels or travel destinations.
ATV TOUR:
Depending on weather and seasonal conditions, our tour will last between 45 - 60 minutes and concludes with our transfer back to your hotel. Around 5 AM, our vehicles will pick up our valued guests from their hotel and transport them to the departure area. After a light breakfast, we will drive into the valleys that are inaccessible by buses and enable the guests to take photos of the incredible scenery. The valleys we will explore during this ATV tour will heavily include: Love Valley, Monks Valley, and other impressive valleys.
