Acentemiz acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be risks of delays in scheduled and special flights, or the flight times may change before the planned trip. Our passengers purchase the tour knowing and accepting that the flight details may change. Our agency is not responsible for any changes in domestic flight connections for passengers who do not confirm the flight times and routes. For group tickets, the airline's rules apply, and according to the group ticket rule, if the outbound flight cannot be used, the return flight cannot be used either. Prices are based on transportation fees as of 01.01.2011, and possible increases up to the date of departure will be reflected proportionally. Our agency reserves the right to cancel the tour or change the dates, provided that we notify our guests. In programs that do not have sufficient participation, our agency reserves the right to cancel the tour with prior notice. In case of tour cancellation, our agency is obliged to inform customers in person. Since it is a legal process, there is no right to compensation. Child prices apply when they stay with 2 adults in the same room as the 3rd person. In a triple room; the 3rd bed is an extra bed which is a pull-out bed and does not have the same comfort as the other 2 beds. In cases where the tour program specifies only category information without naming hotels or presents options for the same destination, the hotels will be informed to you 48 hours before the tour movement. Our agency reserves the right to change hotel names while maintaining the same star category. Depending on the flight time, panoramic city introduction tours for late arrivals will be held the next day. The excursions specified in the programs can be carried out on days other than those specified at the discretion of the guide for any reason. The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general introduction of cities and are conducted with a guide's narration from inside the vehicle, including no museum or archaeological site entries, lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours. Our agency is not responsible for any tours that cannot take place due to local authorities not permitting visits, closed roads due to any event, or if weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted using public transport or on foot in places where roads are closed or vehicle entry is not permitted to the best of our abilities. Extra tours are organized by the local agency we serve, provided there is a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, tours may not take place, or the prices, content, and vehicles used for extra tours may vary according to the number of participants. Additionally, the days and times of the tours may change at the discretion of the guide based on the open/closed status of the museums, archaeological sites, and weather conditions at the destination. Participation in extra tours is optional and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in the extra tours organized during the trip are considered to have agreed to wait at a resting facility along the way. These passengers will be dropped off at a suitable resting facility before the start of the extra tour and will be picked up from the same point after the tour is completed. To avoid problems during your international departures and arrivals, your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the end of the trip. Guests traveling with a T.C. green passport must renew their passports if the date of issuance is more than 10 years old; otherwise, they may be denied entry to the country they are visiting and/or may not be able to fly with the airline from Turkey. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the passenger. Our agency merely acts as an intermediary between the consulate and our customers and carries no responsibility in cases where the visa is not approved or not received for any reason, nor does it give rise to any right to compensation. Regardless of when it occurs, visa and insurance fees are non-refundable in the case of cancellation. The visa must be obtained from the first country entered for the tour or the country where the longest accommodation will take place. Otherwise, our agency is not responsible for not allowing entry by border police. Having a visa does not guarantee entry into the country; the border police have the authority to deny entry. Our agency is not responsible for this situation; the responsibility lies with the passenger. To avoid issues with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, or similar damage to passports; those passports should be renewed, and if the destination country requires a visa for T.C. citizens, the relevant visa must be on the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger. Guests under the age of 18 who are traveling alone or with only one parent are advised to show a joint consent document from both parents, as there is a possibility that they may be asked for it by the police during entry-exit procedures. Our agency considers participants who register for travel programs to have read and accepted these terms.

DAY 1: ISTANBUL – SARAJEVO – MOSTAR – BLAGAJ

Meeting with our valued guests at the A Jet counter in the international departures terminal of Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport. After luggage and check-in procedures, we depart for Sarajevo at 1:00 PM on A Jet Airlines flight VF 97. We arrive in Sarajevo at 2:00 PM local time. Following our arrival, we move towards Mostar with our private bus waiting for us. Mostar Bridge, built in 1557 by Architect Hayreddin, is a unique example of Ottoman architecture. The bridge was destroyed by Croatian artillery during the war in 1992, but it was rebuilt in 2004 with significant support from the Republic of Turkey. The rebirth of the Mostar Bridge is considered an important restoration, following the loss of a monument significant in history and culture. Next, we visit the Koski Mehmet Pasha Mosque. After our tour, we continue towards Blagaj. We visit Blagaj, the birthplace of the Buna River, Europe's strongest water source. Blagaj Tekke, built in the 1520s, reflects the influences of Ottoman architecture and Mediterranean style and is regarded as a national monument by Bosnians. After free time in Blagaj, we head to Počitelj. In Počitelj, known as the Turkish Village, we will see works built by the Ottomans in the 16th century, preserving its historical texture. DAY 2: TREBINJE – KOTOR – BUDVA – SHKODRA

After breakfast at our hotel, we head to Montenegro, one of the youngest countries in the world and a jewel of the Adriatic Sea. Our first stop is Kotor, famous for its fjords and medieval atmosphere. We will explore this historic town with a tour in the Old Town-Castle. Next, we change our course to Budva, one of the most famous holiday resorts in the Balkans with its magnificent beaches and vibrant nightlife. After a panoramic tour, we have the opportunity to view the stunning St. Stefan from above, once a fishing island that was nationalized and later sold to a billionaire from Singapore, turning it into a tourist destination. We continue our journey to Shkodra, one of the oldest settlements in the Republic of Albania. After arriving in Shkodra, we transfer to our hotel. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

DAY 3: SHKODRA – TIRANA – OHRID

After breakfast at our hotel, we proceed to the capital of Albania, Tirana. Upon arrival, our city tour begins with our first stop at the Ethem Bey Mosque, which started construction in 1789 and was completed in 1923. We will also visit Skanderbeg Square, the clock tower built by Ethem Bey in 1821, the Skanderbeg Statue, and the Peace Bell created from bullets melted by children from Shkodra during the insurrection in 1999. After the city tour, we head towards Ohrid, which is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site and is the birthplace of the Cyrillic alphabet. During our tour upon arrival, we will visit places including the Statue of Saints Cyril and Methodius from the 9th century, the Church of St. Sophia, the Ancient Theater from Roman times, Chinar Square, the Turkish Bazaar, Halveti Tekke, New Bazaar, Ohrid Market, and Lake Ohrid. We then transfer to our hotel. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

DAY 4: OHRID – RESEN & BITOLA – OHRID

After breakfast, we leave the hotel together with our esteemed guests to carry out the Resen-Bitola tour. Our first stop will be Resen, where we visit the Palace of Resneli Niyazi, one of the most famous figures of the Committee of Union and Progress. We then continue to Bitola, the second-largest city in Macedonia. Upon arrival, we will see the Turkish Bazaar, Bedesten, Ishak Mosque, New Mosque, and the Military High School and Atatürk Museum, where we will experience some of the most emotional moments of the trip as this is where Atatürk graduated. After the tour, we transfer back to our hotel. At the designated time, we will transfer for a Dinner Balkan Night, where we will enjoy unique Balkan music and regional dance shows performed by a folklore team, creating an unforgettable Dinner Balkan Night experience. DAY 5: OHRID – TETOVA – SKOPJE

After breakfast at our hotel and checking out, we head to Skopje, the capital and largest city of North Macedonia. On the way, we stop in Tetova (Kalkandelen) to visit the Alaca Mosque. We then continue our journey to Skopje. Upon arrival, our city tour begins. During our city tour, we will see Mustafa Pasha Mosque, Murat Pasha Mosque, Kapan Han, Sulu Han, and the Stone Bridge among other sights. We will continue our walk by observing the Turkish and Jewish neighborhoods along the Vardar River, seeing Macedonia Square, the Ottoman Bridge, and Davut Pasha Hamam panoramically. We then enter the Turkish Bazaar and view one of Skopje's prominent landmarks, the Clock Tower, which was built in the 16th century, as well as the Sultan Murat Mosque, built in the 14th century, and again from the same century, the Isa Bey Mosque. After some free time, we transfer to our hotel.

DAY 6: SKOPJE – BELGRADE

After breakfast at our hotel, we check out and head to Belgrade, the capital of Serbia. Upon arrival, our city tour begins in Belgrade, one of Europe’s oldest cities, symbolizing vibrancy and liveliness. We will visit the Old Palace adorned with magnificent carved ceilings from the Turkish period, the Belgrade Fortress at the confluence of the Sava and Danube Rivers, where Fatih Sultan Mehmed was wounded, and the supply center of the Ottoman fleet during the conquest, as well as Kalemegdan, the Military Museum, the tomb of Shehzade Ali Pasha, and the Bayraklı Mosque among other sights. Following the city tour, we transfer to our hotel. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

DAY 7: BELGRADE – SARAJEVO

After breakfast at our hotel and checking out, we head to Sarajevo, the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Upon arrival, we start our panoramic city tour of Sarajevo, which has served as the cultural capital of the Balkans for centuries. Sarajevo is known as the site where Archduke Franz Ferdinand of Austria-Hungary was assassinated in 1914, leading to the outbreak of World War I, and was severely damaged during the war between Serbs, Croats, and Bosniaks in 1992 but still largely retains its beauty. Our tour includes visits to Baščaršija, the historical Ottoman inn Morica Han, the Catholic Cathedral reflecting the city's religious diversity, the Synagogue, Husein Pasha and Ferhadija Mosques, the Latin Bridge where the assassination took place in 1914, the Old Library, and the western-style buildings that were built during the 40 years of Austro-Hungarian administration.
