The visa must be obtained from the first country entered in the tour or the country where the maximum accommodation will be made. Otherwise, our agency is absolutely not responsible for the possibility of passport police not allowing entry into the country. Having a visa does not mean that entry into the country is guaranteed; the passport police have the authority not to allow you into the country. Our agency is not responsible for this situation, and responsibility lies with the passenger. To avoid issues with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports; renewal of those passports is required, and if a visa is to be obtained for T.C. citizens, it must be on the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility lies with the passenger. Guests under the age of 18, when traveling alone or with only one of the parents (mother or father), may be asked by the police officer to show a document indicating the consent of both parents during entry and exit from the country, so we recommend that minors and their parents pay attention to this matter.
