Acentemiz is an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol No. 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delay for scheduled and special flights, or the current travel and flight times may change before the trip. Our passengers have purchased the tour aware of and accepting that flight details may change. Our agency is not responsible for changes experienced by passengers who do not confirm their flight times and routes for domestic connection flights. In group tickets, the airline rules apply, and according to the group ticket rule, if the outbound flight cannot be used, the return flight cannot be used either. Prices are given based on transportation fees as of 01.01.2011, and any increases that may occur until the departure date will be reflected in the same proportion. Our agency reserves the right to cancel the tour/change the date with prior notice to its guests. In cases where sufficient participation is not provided, our agency reserves the right to cancel the tour with prior notice. In the event of tour cancellation, our agency must personally inform the cancellation. There is no right to compensation as it is a legal process. Child rates apply when they stay as the 3rd person in the same room with 2 adults. In a triple room, the 3rd bed is an extra bed, foldable, and does not provide the same comfort as the other 2 beds. In cases where the tour program indicates only category information without specifying the names, and/or it is included as an option for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be communicated to you 48 hours before the tour movement. Our agency reserves the right to change hotel names while maintaining the star category. Depending on the flight time, panoramic city introduction tours may be conducted the following day for late arrivals. Excursions listed in the programs may be conducted on days different from the indicated days at the discretion of the guide for any reason. Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are designed for the general introduction of cities and are conducted with the guidance of the tour guide from the vehicle, lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, and do not include museum or historical site entrance. Our agency is not responsible for failing to conduct these tours if local authorities do not allow visiting or entry due to closure, or if it becomes impossible to conduct due to weather conditions. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot in places where vehicle access is not allowed, within the limits of possibilities. Extra tours are organized by the local agency from which we receive service, provided there are at least 20 participants. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the excursions may not be conducted, or the prices, content, and the vehicle used may vary based on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of tours may be changed by the guide according to the conditions of the opened/closed status of the museums and historical sites to be visited and weather conditions. Participation in extra tours is optional and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in extra tours organized during the tour are deemed to have accepted to wait at a suitable rest facility along the route. These passengers will be dropped off at a roadside rest facility before the extra tour starts and will be picked up from the point they were dropped off after the tour is completed. To avoid problems during your exit and entry from abroad, your passport must have a validity period of 6 months from the end of the trip. Guests traveling with a Turkish green passport must renew their passports if the date of issuance is over 10 years ago; otherwise, they may not be accepted into the destination country and/or may not be able to fly from Turkey as per the airline company. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the passenger. Our agency is only an intermediary between the consulate and our customers and has no liability in cases where the visa is not approved or does not arrive for any reason, and no compensation rights arise. Regardless of when it is made, in the case of cancellation, visa and insurance fees are non-refundable. The visa must be obtained from the first country entered in the tour or the country where the most accommodation will be made. Otherwise, our agency is not responsible for the passport police not allowing entry into the country. Having a visa does not mean that entry into the country is guaranteed, as the passport police have the authority to deny entry. Our agency is not responsible for this situation; the responsibility lies with the passenger. To avoid problems with the customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, or similarly damaged passports, it is necessary to renew the mentioned passports, and if the destination country requires a visa for Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger. Guests under the age of 18 may be asked to present a document showing the joint consent of both parents when traveling alone or with only one parent at entry-exit points of the country by the security officers; therefore, we advise that minors and their parents are sensitive about this matter. Our agency assumes that individuals who have registered for the travel programs have read and accepted these terms.

Koblenz stands out as one of the most characteristic stops in the romantic Rhine Valley with its medieval structures and the Deutsches Eck monument. After visiting Koblenz, we will continue our journey to Frankfurt. Upon arrival, we will embark on our Panoramic Frankfurt City Tour. We will see the Cathedral, which hosted the coronation ceremonies of Holy Roman Emperors in the Middle Ages, the Palmengarten, Frankfurt's largest and most impressive botanical garden with its green spaces and greenhouses housing plants from all around the world, and Römerberg Square, known for its historic half-timbered houses and medieval town hall, as well as the Christmas markets. After this, we will transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

First, we will head to the fairy-tale city of Colmar, where we will see the Old Customs House, the Pfister House, and the colorful houses around the Rhine River, including the most famous area known as Petite Venise (Little Venice). In this unique setting surrounded by the Rhine River and canals, you will have the chance to taste delicious foods and purchase many souvenirs. Our next stop will be Riquewihr, known for its vineyards, flowered balconies, unique shops, cobblestone streets, buildings largely untouched by the Second World War, and charming cafes; it also houses the Dolder Museum, showcasing the city's history with documents. Riquewihr, the most visited village in the Alsace region, has a population of about 1,100 and is surrounded by vineyards. The allure of the grape harvest festivals, which begin in mid-September every year, enhances Riquewihr's appeal, with its typical German architecture, half-timbered pastel-colored houses adorned with flowers lining a gently sloping main street called “Grand Rue.” After completing our visit here, we will return to Strasbourg for our Panoramic Strasbourg City Tour. We are in the second most important city of the European Union after Brussels. The city is rich in history and culture, being associated with Gutenberg, Rouget de Lisle, the Dutch philosopher Erasmus, and the German writer Goethe. The historic city center of Strasbourg, part of the UNESCO World Heritage List, is in the “Grande Ile” area. The city tour will feature the Notre Dame Cathedral and many other sites, most of which are surrounded by a river on an island. To the southwest of this island lies the beautiful and interesting district of La Petite France. This area, where rivers converge and where there are historical houses and museums dating back to the Renaissance period, is full of charm. After the tour, we will transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
