The flights specified in the program have been obtained from the relevant airline and cruise company. Our agency is not responsible for any changes that may occur in the times. Therefore, our agency reserves the right to make changes to the program due to any changes in the timing. The operating agency reserves the right to change the flight route if deemed necessary. For example, for a ship departing from Marseille, the announced flight route from Nice/Lyon may be changed to Marseille or vice versa. The necessary documents for visa applications are provided within 96 hours. You must request your visa confirmation letters from your agency at least 4 days before your application. Guests are responsible for their own belongings during transfers between the airport and ports, and between the airport-port round trips. No agency staff, guide, or driver has the right to take luggage into custody and cannot be held responsible for any issues. During the cruise, 2 of the evening meals you will have are formal dinners, and every male passenger wishing to dine here must have at least one suit, and females must have at least one evening dress. THE CRUISE COMPANY AND CAPTAIN RESERVE THE RIGHT TO MAKE CHANGES TO ROUTES AND TIMES AT PORTS BEFORE OR DURING THE TOUR. The contents specified in the program schedule are for example purposes only. The operating agency reserves the right to change tour contents. During the cruise, the restaurants and tables where our group will have dinners are generally pre-determined and numbered according to names, but in some cruise companies, they may be in an open seating format. On ships with pre-assigned tables, everyone will sit at the predetermined tables from the first evening meal until the last evening meal, and guests wishing can also have their meals in other restaurants of the ship depending on the arrangement of the ship's staff. At check-in time on the ship, every passenger (only one person for couples) is required to present a credit card or deposit in cash at the ship's reception when obtaining the cabin keys. As a result of this submission, an average of 300 euros will be provisionally charged from each credit card. This is for the expenses you will incur on the ship after checking in. You will be able to make your onboard expenses (for drinks, soft drinks, or alcoholic beverages) using the magnetic cards provided to you by the ship's reception. Cash is not accepted anywhere on the ship except in the casino. You can find out about all your expenses from the televisions in your rooms. At the beginning of our cruise journey, specific colored luggage tags will be sent to you along with your cruise ticket for all your luggage. You need to attach these tags to your luggage at the cruise port. Your luggage may not reach your cabins until late in the evening on the first day of departure. This is a situation caused by crowding and is definitely the responsibility of the ship. Therefore, it is advisable to pack your essential needs in a small handbag and bring them with you on the first day you board the ship. It is imperative that you comply with the ship's departure times. It is necessary to board the ship at least 60 minutes before the departure time from the ports. Otherwise, you may not be able to board the ship. In such a case, our agency will not be responsible. At the end of our cruise journey, you need to collect your luggage the night before by attaching the tags that will be placed in your cabins by 00:00, leaving them in front of your cabin doors. After the disembarkation procedures from the ship, our group will collect their luggage from the station where their luggage is located. WE STRONGLY REQUEST THAT EACH GUEST COLLECTS THEIR OWN LUGGAGE BY TOUCHING AND CHECKING IT. Despite its validity, passports older than 10 years cannot be used for international travel. Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the end date of the tour. Your passport must not be torn or damaged. Visa procedures for each program are the responsibility of the selling agency and the passenger. You can learn which visa is required for the tour from the program of that tour. ALL GUESTS MUST HAVE THEIR ROUND-TRIP AIRPLANE TICKETS AND CRUISE TICKETS WITH THEM. We recommend that our guests activate international usage on their mobile phones. Ships typically use either Euro or USD currencies depending on the region they operate in. On the first day of the ship, you can deposit cash and credit card deposits through the vending machines onboard to your room account. A minimum participation number of 20 people (10 cabins) is required for all programs. The operating agency reserves the right to cancel the tour 1 month in advance if the majority is not reached. An alternative program may be proposed to the guest. Cancellation conditions are separately communicated for each program within the content of the relevant program. During the tour, guests who physically assault or insult the ship staff may be expelled from the ship by the ship's captain.
