Acentemiz is an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the 28.09.1955 Hague Protocol. There may be a risk of delays on scheduled and charter flights, or the flight times may change before the existing trip. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Our agency is not responsible for changes in domestic connection flights for guests who do not confirm flight times and routes. For group tickets, the airline's rules apply, and according to group ticket rules, if the outbound flight cannot be used, the return flight cannot be used either. Prices are quoted based on transportation fees as of 01.01.2011, and any increases until the departure date will be reflected in the same proportion. Our agency reserves the right to cancel the tour/change the date, provided that it informs its guests. In programs with insufficient participation, the right to cancel the tour is reserved with prior notice. In the event of tour cancellation, our agency must personally inform the cancellation. As it is a legal process, there is no right to compensation. Child prices are applied when staying as the third person in the same room with two adults. In a triple room, the third bed is an additional bed and is in the form of a foldable bed, which does not have the same comfort as the other two beds. When the name is not specified in the tour program but only category information is provided and/or options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified to you 48 hours before the tour movement. Our agency reserves the right to change hotel names, provided that the star category remains the same. Depending on the flight time, panoramic city introduction tours will be held the next day in case of late arrivals. The excursions specified in the programs may be conducted on different days at the discretion of the guide for any reason. Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general introduction of cities and are conducted with a maximum duration of 2-3 hours, including no entrance to museums or archaeological sites. Our agency is not responsible for the inability to conduct the aforementioned tours if local authorities do not permit visits or closures occur due to any event or if the tour cannot be conducted due to weather conditions. Some tours may be conducted on foot or by public transport at locations where vehicle entry is not allowed, depending on the available facilities. Additional tours are organized by the local agency we serve with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If adequate numbers are not achieved, tours cannot be conducted, or extra tour prices, content, and vehicles to be used may vary based on participant numbers. Furthermore, the days and times of tours may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of the museums and archaeological sites to be visited and weather conditions. Participation in additional tours is optional and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in additional tours organized during the tour are considered to have accepted to wait at a suitable rest facility along the way. These passengers will be dropped at a roadside rest facility before the extra tour starts and will be picked up from the location they were dropped off after the tour is completed. To avoid problems during your international departures and arrivals, your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the end of the trip. Guests traveling with T.C. green passports must renew their passports if their issue date is older than 10 years. Otherwise, they may be refused entry to the country they are going to, and/or cannot have their flights operated by the airline from Turkey. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the passenger. Our agency is only an intermediary between the consulate and our customers and has no responsibility for situations where the visa is not approved or received for any reason, and no compensation rights arise. In the event of cancellation at any time, visa and insurance fees are non-refundable. The visa must be obtained from the first country entered in the tour or the country where the most accommodation will occur. Otherwise, our agency is not responsible for the customs police not allowing entry into the country. Possessing a visa does not guarantee entry into the country, as the customs police have the authority to deny entry. Our agency is not responsible for this; the responsibility lies with the passenger. To avoid issues at the border with customs police regarding torn, worn, wet, or similarly damaged passports; it is necessary to renew such passports and if the new passport holders are citizens of T.C., the related visa must be on the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger. For guests under 18 years of age, when traveling alone or accompanied by only one parent, there is a possibility that the duty officer may ask for a document showing the joint consent of both parents upon entry and exit of the country; therefore, we recommend that guests under 18 and their parents pay attention to this matter. Our agency assumes that individuals registered for the travel programs have read and accepted these terms.

TOUR PROGRAM

DAY 1: ISTANBUL – BANGKOK

We meet at the international departures terminal of Istanbul New Airport three hours before the flight. After the baggage, ticket, and boarding procedures, our flight to Bangkok with Turkish Airlines begins. Our night will be spent on the plane. Upon arrival in Bangkok, we transfer to our special bus waiting for us at the airport. Our night will be spent on the plane.

DAY 2: BANGKOK

After arriving in Bangkok, we transfer to our special bus waiting for us at the airport. First, we start our panoramic city tour of Bangkok, which includes Chinatown, the Flower Market, the Democracy Monument and Avenue, Ministries Avenue, the Parliament Building, and the Royal Palace, which has been home to the Siam Kingdom since 1782 and houses the current royal members' administrative and living areas. After the tour, we transfer to our hotel and have free time. Accommodation at our hotel.

DAY 3: BANGKOK

We start the day with breakfast at the hotel. Then, we depart with our guests for the “Floating Market” tour. In this tour, we leave Bangkok and first stop at the Samut Songhkhram district, famous for the Siam Twins, visiting a coconut farm. Here, we learn about the benefits of coconut trees for the Thai people and see souvenir items made from this tree. You can also explore the orchid garden inside. After leaving, we take a 10-minute bus ride to the pier where Thai-style boats depart. From here, we board the boats and embark on about a half-hour enjoyable journey accompanied by exotic Eastern views, arriving at the famous Floating Market which has graced magazine covers. In our tour, you will see the open market set up in single-oared boats and have the opportunity to shop. We explore the floating market until it closes at noon. On the way back to Bangkok, you will taste some of Thailand's famous tropical fruits selected by your guide. Later, we will see the world-famous Golden Buddha statue during our tour. After the tour, we transfer to our hotel and have free time. Accommodation at our hotel.

DAY 4: BANGKOK – PHUKET

We start the day with breakfast at the hotel. After our check-out procedures, we transfer to Bangkok airport at the time specified by our guide. After passport and luggage procedures, we fly to Phuket Island with a local airline. After our arrival, we transfer to the hotel. Distribution of room keys and free time. Accommodation at our hotel.

DAY 5: PHUKET

We start the day with breakfast at the hotel. Then we depart for our full-day “Phi Phi Island with lunch” tour. With our speedboats we quickly reach Phi Phi Don, one of the two paradise coral islands near Phuket. We visit Maya Bay, where parts of Leonardo Di Caprio’s movie "The Beach" were filmed, known for its palm tree-lined beach and crystal-clear turquoise waters. Our second stop is Phi Phi Ley, where we visit the Viking Cave. Our lunch will be on Phi Phi Island. After the tour, we transfer to our hotel and have free time. Accommodation at our hotel.

DAY 6: PHUKET

We start the day with breakfast at the hotel. We depart to explore Phuket with our “Phuket Island Tour.” Our first stop is the Chalong Temple, the oldest temple on Phuket Island built in the 19th century. After visiting the temple, we head to Phuket Old Town, famous for its colorful Sino-Portuguese architecture, small shops, and street vendors. Then we ascend to the Big Buddha hill, which offers a panoramic view of Phuket and is the third highest Buddha statue in Thailand. Our last stop will be the Phuket View Point, where we can take wonderful photos. At the end of the tour, we visit the world-famous Jewelry Factory, which plays an important role in the Thai economy where you can find precious stones in various shapes and forms. After the tour, we transfer to our hotel and have free time. Accommodation at our hotel.

DAY 7: PHUKET

We start the day with breakfast at the hotel. Then we depart for our “Elephant Safari” tour. How many times can you go on a safari on an elephant in your life? Here’s the opportunity coming your way. After receiving information about elephants, we go on an elephant safari through the forest. In the evening, we head to the world-famous “Hard Rock Cafe” for dinner with live music with our guests. After the tour, we transfer to our hotel and have free time. Accommodation at our hotel.

DAY 8: PHUKET – ISTANBUL

We start the day with breakfast at the hotel. Then we make our transfer to Phuket airport at the time specified by your guide.

After baggage, ticket, and customs procedures, we will fly to Istanbul with Turkish Airlines on a scheduled flight.
