Acentemiz is an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be risks of delays in scheduled and charter flights, and existing travel and flight times may change prior to the trip. Our passengers have purchased the tour acknowledging that flight details may change. Our agency is not responsible for changes in domestic connections if travelers do not confirm flight times and routes. For group tickets, the airline's rules apply, and if the outbound flight is unused, the return flight cannot be used either. Prices are provided based on transportation fees from January 1, 2011, and any increases until the departure date will be reflected in the same proportion. Our agency reserves the right to cancel the tour or change the date, provided that we notify our guests. In programs with insufficient participation, our agency has the right to cancel the tour with prior notice. In the event of cancellation, our agency must inform the cancellation personally. As it is a legal process, there is no right to compensation. Child prices apply when they accommodate as the 3rd person in the same room with 2 adults. In a triple room, the 3rd bed is an extra bed that can be opened and closed, and it does not have the same comfort as the other 2 beds. In cases where the tour program indicates category information without naming, and/or when there are alternative options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified to you 48 hours before the tour departure. Our agency reserves the right to change hotel names, provided that the star category remains the same. Depending on the flight time, panoramic city tours may be held the next day in case of late arrivals. Excursions specified in the programs may be conducted on days other than those specified, at the discretion of the guide for any reason. Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are conducted as a general introduction to cities and do not include entry to museums or archaeological sites, lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, with guidance provided in the vehicle. Panoramic tours, including other tours listed in the program, may not be realized if local authorities do not allow visits on the scheduled day and time, due to closed roads resulting from any event or due to weather conditions making the tour impossible; our agency is not responsible for failing to conduct the mentioned tours under such circumstances. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot where closed roads or vehicle access restrictions apply. Extra tours are organized by the local agency we work with, provided that at least 20 participants sign up. If sufficient numbers are not reached, the tours may not take place, or the prices, contents, and vehicles for extra tours may change depending on the number of participants. Additionally, the days and times of the tours may be altered by the guide according to the open/closed status of museums or cultural sites at the locations and due to weather conditions. Participation in extra tours is optional and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in extra tours arranged during the tour are deemed to have accepted to wait at a suitable rest facility along the way. Such passengers are dropped off at the rest facility before the extra tour starts and are picked up from the same point after the tour ends. To avoid issues during your international departures and arrivals, your passport must be valid for 6 months beyond the end of travel. Guests traveling with a T.C. green passport must renew their passports if the issuance date is older than 10 years; otherwise, they may be denied entry into the destination country and/or may not be allowed to travel by the airline from Turkey. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the passenger. Our agency acts only as an intermediary between our customers and the consulate, and is not responsible for visa approvals being denied for any reason, including failing to meet deadlines, nor does it create a right for compensation. Regardless of when the cancellation occurs, visa and insurance fees are non-refundable. The visa must be obtained from the country where the tour first enters or the country where the longest accommodation is held. Otherwise, our agency is absolutely not responsible for the entry denial by passport police. Having a visa does not mean entry into the country is guaranteed, as the passport police have the authority to deny you entry. Our agency is not responsible for this situation; the responsibility lies with the passenger. To prevent problems at the border with the customs police due to torn, worn, wet, or similarly damaged passports, these passports should be renewed, and if applicable, the corresponding visa should be on the new passport for T.C. citizens. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger. Travelers under 18 years of age traveling alone or with only one parent are advised to be sensitive to the possibility of being asked for a document showing their joint consent when entering/exiting the country by the police officer. Our agency considers individuals registered for travel programs to have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
